Where being born again and throwing a party mix!
The Crib Page      Drink Up!
No Sipping Allowed - Double Fist It!

If we as followers of Christ were as passionate about our faith as clubbers are about their partyin', sin would be out of business permenantly!

We don't really show that excitement to the world and I think it's because they drink us under the table! Yeah, sit 'em down across from ya and I bet they spend more time drinkin' their poison than you can chillin' with God, the antidote. Well if you can be honest with yourself and you know that's you, right now it's 5pm for you and it's time to get your drink on! Just take a sec to open your heart to God and ask him to pour himself into you as you down his Word and let it feed your soul... and bring you out of dehydration!

I'll cover your butt with a few scriptures here but you need to grow up and start payin' your way asap - go to youversion.com and start reading the book of John if it's been a while and also jump over to James, one of my favorite books - most of all, START! You hate missin' out on a party and you're one of the first to get it goin' so here's your chance to do it up right at the only party that even matters!!!....................................................

"What sorrow for those who get up early in the morning looking for a drink of alcohol and spend long evenings drinking wineto make themselves flaming drunk. They furnish wine and lovely music at their grand parties—lyre and harp, tambourine and flute— but they never think about the Lordor notice what he is doing.

So my people will go into exile far awaybecause they do not know me. Those who are great and honored will starve, and the common people will die of thirst."
~Isaiah 5:11-13

Harsh words but come on, you know he's trying to get our attention! And did you catch that, "because they do not know me" - why did they not know him? And again, God emphasizes just how passionate he is about you - he wants you and me to know him because then, THEN the party's started!

"Your unfailing love, O Lord , is as vast as the heavens;
your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds.
Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains,
your justice like the ocean depths.
You care for people and animals alike, O Lord .
How precious is your unfailing love, O God!
All humanity finds shelter
in the shadow of your wings.
You feed them from the abundance of your own house,
letting them drink from your river of delights.
For you are the fountain of life,
the light by which we see."
~Psalm 36:5-9

Dare you to drink that in! That is stout baby... STOUT!!!
"Jesus knew the Pharisees had heard that he was baptizing and making more disciples than John (though Jesus himself didn't baptize them—his disciples did). So he left Judea and returned to Galilee.
He had to go through Samaria on the way. Eventually he came to the Samaritan village of Sychar, near the field that Jacob gave to his son Joseph. Jacob's well was there; and Jesus, tired from the long walk, sat wearily beside the well about noontime.
Soon a Samaritan woman came to draw water, and Jesus said to her, "Please give me a drink." He was alone at the time because his disciples had gone into the village to buy some food. The woman was surprised, for Jews refuse to have anything to do with Samaritans. She said to Jesus, "You are a Jew, and I am a Samaritan woman. Why are you asking me for a drink?"
Jesus replied, "If you only knew the gift God has for you and who you are speaking to, you would ask me, and I would give you living water."
"But sir, you don't have a rope or a bucket," she said, "and this well is very deep. Where would you get this living water? And besides, do you think you're greater than our ancestor Jacob, who gave us this well? How can you offer better water than he and his sons and his animals enjoyed?"
Jesus replied, "Anyone who drinks this water will soon become thirsty again. But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life."
"Please, sir," the woman said, "give me this water! Then I'll never be thirsty again, and I won't have to come here to get water."

~Can't you just feel her confusion and her excitement?! "But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life." Wow - that rocks... Read & learn more about this story in John 4!
